SIP-4 4x35 (m) Em-kabel is designed for the organization of power supply and distribution in overhead power lines, and for creating branches to industrial buildings, residential houses, and utility buildings. The wire construction is as follows: • multi-wire compacted round aluminum conductor; • insulation of each conductor is thermoplastic light-stabilized polyethylene. Installation and operation of the wire are permitted under a number of conditions. The operating temperature range is within -50 to +50 degrees Celsius, installation at a temperature no lower than -20 degrees Celsius, maximum wire heating during operation up to +70 degrees, under overload (up to 8 hours per day) — +80 degrees, during short circuits — +135 degrees. Wire characteristics: • number of aluminum wires in one conductor — 6; • nominal voltage — 0.66-1kV; • weight per 1 km of wire — 527kg; • outer diameter — 23.5mm; • conductor cross-section — 35 sq. mm;
