An accessory used to trip the circuit breaker when the voltage drops below a minimum value. When the circuit breaker is switched on and its voltage drops to 70–35% of the rated voltage, it can be tripped by activating the trip coil. The circuit breaker can only be closed again when the supply voltage of the undervoltage trip coil is restored to 85% of the rated voltage.
