The undervoltage release is designed to trip
air circuit breakers (ACB) of type VA-45 when
supply voltage drops. If the supply voltage at the undervoltage
release falls below 0.5 Ue, the circuit breaker trips and cannot be closed in either manual or automatic mode. To enable the ACB to be switched on, the supply voltage must be restored to a level of at least 0.7 Ue.
