"RAM block" – a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the enclosures. The enclosures reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with polyurethane foam, which improves sealing quality. The edge fold of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the internal space, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. Three-stage automated painting system ensures a durable coating for the enclosures, resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on basic components. Various accessories included in the system are used for sectioning, for example, vertical dividers. The accessory partitions off a part of the enclosure space. Its dimensions are 1800x100 mm.
