Fuse-switch disconnectors model RP (RPB/RPC) are designed for passing rated currents, infrequent and non-automatic switching of power circuits without load in 50 Hz electrical power distribution devices. The apparatuses are three-pole disconnectors, where each pole has a fuse connected in series and forms a single device with it on a common panel. The apparatus design uses a knife-type contact system with a visible circuit break. The main parts of the apparatus are contact knives, fuse inserts, contact and hinge stands mounted on a common panel. The required contact pressure is provided by springs on the contact stands and spherical washers on the hinge stands.
