EKF PROxima voltage and current relay is a microprocessor device designed for continuous voltage monitoring in single-phase and three-phase (MRVA-3) AC networks, to protect electrical installations from voltage surges. The relay monitors the network voltage within a set range and, if the voltage goes outside the range, disconnects the equipment from the power supply with a specified time delay. Setting the voltage range and response time is done using rotary regulators (RV-5A, RV-32F) or using buttons (MRV, MRVA, MRVs) located on the front surface of the relay.
