RTT12 series electric thermal overload relays are designed to protect three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors from overloads of unacceptable duration, including those arising from the loss of one of the phases. The relay is used in electric drive control circuits in AC circuits with voltage up to 660V at 50, 60 Hz, and in DC circuits with voltage up to 440V. The relay features an automatic or manual reset function.
