In the TERACOM® assortment, for the organization of information outlets at workstations and subsequent connection to the network of end-user active equipment, there are information outlets and adapters, socket housings for Keystone module installation, frames, and Mosaic form-factor socket inserts. TERACOM wall outlets are produced in unshielded design and comply with Category 5E. TERACOM PRO wall information outlets comply with Category 6 and are produced in shielded and unshielded designs. The design of all outlets includes a printed circuit board on which IDC contact blocks are mounted, which significantly improves their quality and increases service life. All TERACOM® outlets are designed for one or two RJ45 8P8C ports. IDC contacts are made of nickel-plated bronze, and RJ45 port contacts are made of bronze with gold plating to reduce contact resistance and increase the service life of the products. The housing is made of durable white ABS plastic. For ease of installation and rapid cable connection, the IDC blocks are equipped with a color-coded instruction for terminating twisted pair conductors in accordance with TIA 568 requirements. The front surface of the products has a marking area for identifiers and numbering of outlets in the overall cable system scheme. TERACOM® information outlets are characterized by reliability and ease of operation, comply with Russian and international standards, have bright durable packaging, and come with an installation kit including cable ties, a self-adhesive double-sided pad, and a set of screws for wall mounting. To connect end equipment and user PCs at workstations to TERACOM and TERACOM PRO information outlets and pass-through adapters, we strongly recommend using patch cords from the TERACOM® assortment for better compatibility and stability of the entire system.
