TwinBlock series switches are designed for passing rated currents, switching electrical circuits with a rated voltage of up to 690 V AC at frequencies of 50 and 60 Hz in electrical power distribution devices. TwinBlock series switch-disconnectors (models 40-800 A) have the option to connect an additional fourth pole. TwinBlock series reversing switches are designed for switching the load to a standby line with power disconnection (position indication on the switch I-0-II). The electrical characteristics of TwinBlock series reversing switches allow for switching under load between two power sources, even with currents having a high inductive component and motor starting currents.
