PowerSwitch 160 A – 3150 A EKF switch-disconnectors are designed for operation in three-phase AC networks with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of up to 660 V in electrical power distribution devices for non-automatic infrequent switching of load currents in rated mode. The switch mechanism ensures instantaneous (13.8 m/s) contact separation regardless of the handle movement speed. The enclosure, made of glass-fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, possesses excellent fire resistance, dielectric properties, resistance to carbon dioxide, and impact resistance. It ensures safe operation of the product when used for its intended purpose. The switch-disconnectors provide double break per pole. All contact materials are silver-plated copper alloy and possess two separating contact surfaces. Large insulation clearance. The switch-disconnectors have the possibility of fixing the handle to avoid accidental switching.
