"RAM block" – a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control stands. The internal space of the cabinets is used to house equipment for automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection systems. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. Enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. A foamed polyurethane coating is applied to the inner side of the door, which improves sealing quality. The edge bend of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the internal space of the cabinet, and the manufacturing holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system provides the enclosures with a durable coating resistant to chips and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex custom solutions based on the basic components. Sectional panels are used to restrict access. They are made of 1.5 mm thick steel and are powder coated.
