"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control posts. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of strong steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and ensures an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. A foamed polyurethane coating is applied to the inner side of the door, which improves sealing quality. The edge bend of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the interior of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66 against dust and moisture. A three-stage automated painting system ensures a durable coating for the enclosures, resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on the basic components. Sectional panels are used to restrict access. They are made of 1.5 mm thick steel and are powder coated. Height: 600 mm, width: 600 mm.
