"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control posts. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the enclosures. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of heavy-duty steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the installation of heavy equipment and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with polyurethane foam, which improves sealing quality. The edge fold of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the internal space, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system ensures a durable coating for the enclosures that is resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex custom solutions based on the basic components. Sectional panels are used to restrict access. They are made of 1.5 mm thick steel and are powder coated.
