Heating sections based on RNK brand resistive cable are constant power sections designed for use in anti-icing heating systems for all types of roofs, gutters on infrastructure objects, and in private house construction. RNK sections can be used in heating systems for open areas, sidewalks, and steps, where the cable is installed directly into ready-mix concrete, cement-sand mortar, or tile adhesive. Sections are supplied in a wide range of lengths from 7.5 m to 160 m. An RNK section consists of a two-core cable connected on one side to an installation wire using a connection sleeve, and with an end sleeve on the other side of the section. The sleeves ensure a watertight connection. Advantages: The RNK resistive heating cable has mechanical strength class M2. Thanks to a thermoplastic elastomer sheath and a shielding braid made of galvanized steel wire or aluminum-mylar tape with a copper drain wire, the cable is resistant to the main types of mechanical loads during installation and operation. The cable power ensures uniform heating throughout the entire installation area, with an operating temperature range from -30 to +90 °C, making it possible to use RNK sections in various climatic conditions. Additionally, the fluoropolymer insulation withstands temperatures up to 150 °C. The cable design and the use of high-quality materials ensure 100% electrical safety.
