TFM series "Industry" floor-standing industrial cabinets are designed to house a significant volume of active and passive telecommunications equipment in environments with increased dust, humidity, potential exposure to aggressive media, risk of mechanical impact, and minor vibrations. The TFM series cabinet is a metal, knock-down structure based on a load-bearing frame consisting of: two vertical frames, a base, a ceiling panel, four connecting profiles, and crossbars. The front and rear doors, removable side panels, and a false roof are installed on the frame. Doors with an opening angle of more than 180 degrees and removable side panels provide access to the inside of the cabinet from four sides for equipment installation and maintenance. The presence of compression locks in the doors and side panels ensures reliable fixation in the closed position, while the door and side opening seals ensure airtightness under conditions of minor vibration or impact at the installation site. For telecommunications equipment installation, two pairs of depth-adjustable 19" mounting rails are located inside the cabinet. Digital unit (U) marking on the 19" mounting rails provides additional convenience when placing equipment. The natural ventilation system consists of two ventilation openings equipped with removable filters. One is located in the rear door, and the other in the ceiling panel. Forced ventilation of the cabinet is provided by installing a TLK fan unit for floor cabinets with a filter. At the same time, either 4 or 6 fans are installed in the ceiling panel. The ventilation opening of the ceiling panel is covered by a removable false roof, providing additional protection against dust settlement, mechanical impact from foreign objects, as well as water and fine splashes from all directions, without impairing the ventilation of the internal space of the cabinet. Cable entry holes are located in the base and on the rear door side. The airtightness of the cable entries is ensured by sealed cable glands. Cable supply to the base cable entries can be carried out from the rear and side parts of the base plinth. It is possible to install the cabinet on adjustable feet and rollers simultaneously. All conductive parts of the cabinet are grounded to each other, forming a single grounding loop. The anti-corrosion coating of the cabinet is made of impact-resistant powder paint. The cabinet is designed in the 482.6 mm load-bearing structure system according to GOST 28601.2-90 (IEC 297-2 19-inch standard). Protection rating according to GOST 14254-96 (IEC 529-89) – IP54. The cabinet is supplied disassembled, packed in three boxes. The maximum allowable distributed load for TFM series cabinets is 700 kg.
