Lite II (TFI-R) series telecommunications floor cabinets are knock-down structures designed for installing telecommunications and network equipment. They are available in heights of 18, 24, 33, 42, and 47U, combined with dimensions of 600x600mm, 600x800mm, 600x1000mm, 800x800mm, and 800x1000mm (width/depth). The cabinet construction is knock-down, consisting of fully welded frames connected to each other by crossbars, a roof, and a base. There is a door at the front and back. Removable panels are located on the left and right sides of the cabinet. Cable entry is provided through the base of the cabinet or through the roof via cable entries covered with knock-out plugs. Number of cable entries: 2 pcs in the base (knock-out), 1 pc in the roof (knock-out). The size of the cable entry opening is 270x56mm. There are mounting spaces in the roof for installing a fan unit. You can choose to install either a 2-fan unit or a 4-fan unit. The dimensions of the mounting space for the fan unit in the roof and the bottom of the cabinet are 270x270mm. The front door opens to an angle of up to 180 degrees. The side walls of the cabinet are removable, allowing access to the equipment installed in the cabinet from four sides. For installing 19" standard equipment, the cabinets are equipped with two pairs of mounting rails. The installation depth of the equipment on the mounting rails inside the cabinet can be adjusted thanks to holes in the connecting bar with a 25mm pitch. The maximum extension of the mounting rails depends on the depth and width of the cabinet. The metal parts of the cabinet are connected to each other by grounding wires on an M4 stud. Grounding wires are included in the basic configuration. The presence of grounding elements on all metal parts of the cabinet, the ability to connect all conductive parts of the structure with a grounding loop, and the presence of a mounting place for connecting external grounding make the cabinets electrically safe. The cabinet is made in the 482.6 mm series load-bearing structure system according to GOST 28601-90 (19-inch IEC 297 standard). The maximum allowable distributed load on the TFI series cabinet is 800 kg. The protection rating of the cabinet is IP 20.
