Lite II (TFI-R) series telecommunication floor cabinets are knock-down structures designed for the installation of telecommunications and network equipment. They are available in heights of 18, 24, 33, 42, and 47U, in combination with dimensions 600x600mm, 600x800mm, 600x1000mm, 800x800mm, and 800x1000mm (width/depth). The cabinet construction is knock-down, consisting of fully welded frames connected to each other by crossbars, a roof, and a base. There is a door at the front and the back. Removable panels are located on the left and right sides of the cabinet. Cable entry is through the base of the cabinet or through the roof via cable entries covered with break-out plugs. Number of cable entries: in the base - 1 pc (break-out), in the roof — 2 pcs (break-out). The size of the cable entry hole is 270x56mm. There are mounting spaces in the roof for installing a fan unit. You can choose to install a fan unit for 2 fans or a fan unit for 4 fans. The dimensions of the mounting space for the fan unit in the roof and the bottom of the cabinet is 270x270mm. The front door opens to an angle of up to 180 degrees. The side walls of the cabinet are removable, allowing access to the equipment installed in the cabinet from four sides. For the installation of 19" standard equipment, the cabinets are equipped with two pairs of mounting rails. The installation depth of the equipment on the mounting rails inside the cabinet can be changed thanks to holes in the connecting bar with a 25mm pitch. The maximum extension of the mounting rails depends on the depth and width of the cabinet. The metal parts of the cabinet are connected to each other by grounding wires on an M4 stud. Grounding wires are included in the basic configuration. The presence of grounding elements on all metal parts of the cabinet, the possibility of connecting all conductive parts of the structure with a grounding loop, as well as the presence of a mounting place for connecting external grounding, makes the cabinets electrically safe. The cabinet is made in the 482.6 mm series load-bearing structure system according to GOST 28601-90 (19-inch IEC 297 standard). The maximum allowable distributed load on the TFI series cabinet is 800 kg. The cabinet protection rating is IP 20.
