Lite series (TWI) wall cabinets are a rational solution for housing small volumes of telecommunications equipment in residential, office, and industrial premises. Wall cabinets are used where floor cabinets are impractical. For example, in limited floor space or when organizing a LAN with a small number of workstations. Features of the TWI series wall cabinets include: a reliable knock-down design for easy transportation, removable side panels, and doors with a wide opening angle that allow access to equipment from three sides if necessary. The knock-down construction of the cabinet, consisting of a small set of structural elements, ensures reliable structure and ease of assembly. The cabinet is mounted to the wall through mounting holes in the rear panel (fasteners are not included in the delivery set). The cabinet door is equipped with a lock and can be made of perforated sheet steel or with a tinted glass insert. The door can be mounted on either the right or left side. The door opening angle is 180 degrees. For additional convenience in mounting and maintaining the installed equipment, the design provides easily removable side panels that are secured with locks when closed. For installing 19" standard equipment, the cabinet is equipped with one pair of mounting rails included with a U-position sticker (a 600 mm deep cabinet is equipped with two pairs of mounting rails). The installation depth of equipment on the mounting rails inside the cabinet can be adjusted in 25 mm increments. The perforation of the cabinet ensures good ventilation for the installed equipment. It is possible to install a fan unit in the roof and base of the cabinet; break-out plugs are provided for this purpose. A 350 mm deep cabinet is fitted with 1-fan fan units, while 450 mm and 600 mm deep cabinets are fitted with 2-fan fan units. There is one cable entry in the roof and in the base of the cabinet, provided as rectangular break-out plugs 270x56 mm. All conductive parts of the cabinet are interconnected for grounding. The anti-corrosion coating is made of impact-resistant powder paint. The cabinet is designed in the 482.6 mm series load-bearing structure system according to GOST 28601-90 (19-inch IEC 297 standard). The maximum allowable distributed load on a TWI series cabinet is 40 kg. The protection rating of the cabinet is IP 20. The cabinet is supplied disassembled in one box.
