Wall-mount single-section cabinets of the "Classic II" TWC-R series are a functional solution designed for housing active and passive telecommunications equipment inside residential, office, and technical premises. Wall-mount cabinets are used where the use of floor-standing cabinets is impractical. For example, in limited room areas or when organizing a LAN with a small number of workstations. A feature of the TWC-R series wall-mount cabinets is their knock-down construction. Ease of assembly is ensured by pre-installed components and hardware. The cabinet door can be solid metal or feature an insert made of impact-resistant tinted glass. The door can be mounted on either the right or left side. A door with an opening angle of more than 180 degrees and removable side panels provide convenient three-sided access to the cabinet for equipment installation and maintenance. The door and side panels are secured with point locks, while the side panels are additionally equipped with quick-release latches. The rear panel is designed for double-sided installation with knock-out cable entries 270x56 mm. Two pairs of 19" rails with depth adjustment are provided for equipment installation in the cabinet. Digital U-marking on the 19" rail perforation provides additional convenience for equipment placement. Cabinet ventilation is provided by perforation in the base and roof. Instead of a removable perforated plug covering a 440x215 mm opening in the roof, it is possible to install a TLK two-fan unit for wall-mount cabinets as an accessory. The 270x56 mm cable entry holes in the base and roof, closed with removable solid metal plugs, can be equipped with TLK brush strips as an accessory. Number of cable entries: in the base - 1 pc (plugged), in the roof - 1 pc (plugged), in the rear panel - 1 pc (knock-out). For wall mounting, the rear frame features four mounting holes for M8 anchor bolts. TLK accessories are available for the cabinet, providing the possibility of placing the cabinet on the floor on TLK adjustable feet, as well as converting the cabinet from single-section to two-section using a TLK wall-mounted swing section. All conductive parts of the cabinet are grounded to each other, forming a single grounding loop. The anti-corrosion coating of the cabinet is made of impact-resistant powder paint. The cabinet is built in the 482.6 mm series load-bearing structure system according to GOST 28601.2-90 (19-inch IEC 297-2 standard). Protection rating according to GOST 14254-96 (IEC 529-89) – IP20. The cabinet is supplied disassembled, packed in two boxes.
