Eurolan Racknet S3000 telecommunications cabinet (hereinafter – the product) is intended for placing optical and electrical equipment of information transmission systems. Eurolan Racknet S3000 cabinet has a knock-down frame design. It consists of a base, a roof, and two welded frames connected by a set of channels. For ease of transportation, cabinets are supplied in flat packaging. The product is equipped with reinforced side panels that are secured with plastic latches and point locks. Standardly, cabinets are equipped with two doors, which are available in the following versions: • front doors: with tinted impact-resistant glass; fully metal; perforated (80% perforation); • rear doors: fully metal; perforated (80% perforation). In cabinets 600 mm wide, both doors are single-leaf; in 800 mm wide cabinets, the rear door is double-leaf. Doors are secured with a bolt lock (42U, 47U) and a lock with a swing handle (22U, 33U), and are available in both right and left-hand mounting. Front and rear doors are interchangeable. The opening door rotation angle is 180 degrees. Eurolan Racknet S3000 cabinets provide spaces for installing fan modules. In cabinets with a depth of 600–800 mm, two fan modules can be installed; in 1000 mm deep cabinets, three modules can be installed. The roof and base of the cabinets have blank panels and brush entries, the quantity of which varies depending on the cabinet size. Adjustable height screw supports (feet) are provided for installation in the base of the cabinet, allowing for compensation of floor unevenness. Installation of swivel rollers (not included in the standard kit) is possible. Access for installation, wiring, and equipment maintenance is possible from four sides: through easy-to-remove side panels, the front and rear doors. The cabinet has four galvanized 19” vertical rails, adjustable in depth. A grounding system is provided. The product is made in the 482.6 mm (19’’) series of load-bearing structures according to GOST 28601.2– 90 (IEC 297). Eurolan Racknet S3000 cabinets are manufactured in the UHL 4.2 climatic execution according to GOST 15150–69 and are intended for operation in enclosed premises within a working temperature range of -20…+70 °C and relative humidity in the range of 0…90 % (without condensation formation).
