Replacement module for OPV-B In-30kA 440V with signalling EKF opv-b-module

The replacement module for OPV EKF is designed to replace a failed OPV varistor module. The replacement module is a varistor whose resistance changes depending on the applied voltage: in a normal state, the current through the varistor is extremely small and the resistance is high, but when an overvoltage occurs, the resistance of the varistor instantly decreases by several orders of magnitude, accordingly, the current increases and the impulse overvoltage is discharged.
