• Designed for connecting aluminum and copper busbars with a width of 20, 25 and 30 mm, as well as for connection in a single line using copper and aluminum lugs crimped onto the corresponding cables • Fastening is performed using bolts • Fastening bolt size: M10 • Body material: • AD1 grade electrical aluminum • M1 grade copper • Bolt material: • AISI 304 stainless steel (on the aluminum side of the connector) • M1 grade copper (on the copper side of the connector) • Clip material: polycarbonate • Operating voltage: up to 1 kV • The copper and aluminum parts are joined by friction welding and provide metal contact at the molecular level • The solid and non-welded construction of the aluminum-copper connector prevents the formation of a galvanic pair between copper and aluminum • Each connector includes a plastic fastening clip
