• Designed for connecting cables with EPR and cross-linked polyethylene insulation for voltages up to 20 kV • Each bolt connector is multi-size and designed for a range of cable cross-sections • Row arrangement of bolts on the connector body • The centrally symmetric hole for the cable conductor in the connector body promotes uniform distribution of the electric field • Body and bolt material: special aluminum alloy • Coating: uncoated • Fastening to the conductor is carried out by tightening the bolts with breakaway heads. The bolt heads break off when the specified torque is reached, ensuring optimal mechanical and electrical properties of the contact connection • The bolt design has several grooves — breakaway "necks", allowing the head to break off flush with or below the surface of the body • Connectors have an internal structural partition that determines the depth of the cable conductor entry • Knurling on the inner surface of the cylindrical part of the connectors increases the area and mechanical strength of the contact connection • Each connector is embossed with markings indicating the nominal range of cable cross-sections and the manufacturer's logo • Installation tool: NMB-6 (KVT) kit • Recommended for the installation of heat-shrinkable sleeves and for equipping repair and emergency services
