The "DOUBLE" (TRD) series two-frame mounting rack is a simple and economical solution for various projects requiring the placement of different types of equipment in the 19-inch standard in accordance with IEC 297. Simple assembly, depth adjustability, and free access to equipment make the rack a universal solution. The rack does not perform the function of restricting access to equipment, so it is recommended to install it in closed premises with restricted personnel access. The rack consists of two assembly frames, two supports (bases), and a solid roof. Two standard solutions are produced with a maximum depth of 800 mm and 1000 mm. The mounting depth of each rack is adjustable in increments of 75 and 100 mm and varies in the range from 500 to 1000 mm and from 300 to 800 mm. The ability to change the depth of the rack allows for selecting the optimal useful depth for reliable fixation of the installed equipment. Vertical guides have holes for cable routing and fixation, as well as unit markings, which significantly simplifies equipment installation. Cable entry can be carried out through the base or the roof of the rack; for this purpose, the roof has three cable entries closed with plugs. A brush entry can be installed instead of a plug as an option. The internal width of the frame for equipment installation is 484 mm, which allows for the installation of a wide range of communication and server equipment in the rack. The large base support area allows the installation of the rack on a raised floor and its fixation to the floor through holes in the support brackets with M8 anchor bolts (not included in the delivery set). It is possible to install the rack on adjustable supports and swivel casters simultaneously (adjustable supports and casters are not included in the basic delivery set). Casters are used for convenient transportation of the rack to the installation site before equipment mounting. All metal parts of the rack have grounding elements and are connected into a single circuit with grounding wires (included in the basic delivery set).
