Spade bit is designed for drilling holes in soft and hard wood, fiberboard, chipboard, and plywood. The bit is made of hardened tool steel, which increases the wear resistance and durability of the tool. It consists of a working part and a hexagonal shank. In the center of the working part, there is a protrusion that allows the tool to be fixed during drilling. Cutting blades are located on both sides of the central protrusion. Thanks to the undercutters on the cutting edges of the working part, smooth edges are obtained in the holes. The shank, made in the form of a hexagon, reliably fixes the bit in the tool chuck. It is installed on a drill or screwdriver with high torque.
