FIT HQ 'Profi' cobalt metal drill bit is designed for drilling holes in carbon and alloy steels, gray and malleable cast irons, non-ferrous metals, and plastic. The addition of 8% cobalt increases the wear resistance of the drill and contributes to high precision during operation. The service life of the drills is 30% higher compared to analogs with lower cobalt content (according to the company's own tests). The cross-shaped tip and a 135° sharpening angle enable drilling without pre-center drilling. The flute shape complies with the DIN 338 standard and facilitates efficient chip removal during operation. The drills have the highest accuracy class A1 and drill holes with high-precision diameter. The drills are manufactured by grinding the profile, which increases drilling smoothness and the cleanliness of the finished holes.
