The price list includes serial transformers: - TMG11 standard series used since 2000 – aluminum wire windings, use by default up to 400kVA inclusive; starting from 630kVA, transformers of this series are more expensive than the next generation. - TMG21 standard series used since 2013 – aluminum foil windings, use by default from 630kVA to 3200kVA. Using this type of winding on transformers below 630kVA is not advisable. This series is an analog of the 11 series but cheaper to manufacture. - TMG12 energy-saving series transformers produced since 2013 - aluminum wire windings, the steel used in the core allows for better No-load and Short-circuit losses. (see info in the catalog) - TMG32 energy-saving series transformers produced since 2018 - aluminum foil windings, use by default from 630kVA to 1600kVA (except 1250kVA). Using this type of winding on transformers below 630kVA is not advisable. This series is an analog of the 12 series but cheaper to manufacture. - TMG33 2nd level energy-saving series transformers produced since 2020 - this series is designed to achieve lower No-load and Short-circuit losses. This series features standards developed for Rosseti, by default K1X1, more expensive K2X2, and K3X3 will be introduced later, which is even more expensive. Transformers have four connection group schemes: serial - U/Un-0, D/Un-11, U/Zn-11, Un/D-11. - U/Un-0, D/Un-11 at one price, - U/Zn-11 series 11 at the same price as U/Un-0, D/Un-11 up to 250kVA, series 12 upon request. - Un/D-11 upon order, price upon request. Transformers are equipped with clamps from the factory for LV starting from 630kVA. For lower power, they are supplied separately at an additional cost; it is necessary to specify if required: - 25-160kVA - 250kVA - 400kVA Transformers are equipped with rollers (wheels) starting from 400kVA TMG11, and from 250kVA TMG12. The instrumentation includes a DA-2005 vacuum gauge, a TKP-160 signal thermometer, and a terminal box for connection. For transportation, a top-loading vehicle is required, preferably with a wooden floor (dump trucks are excluded), with the possibility of securing with side straps (the driver should have 2 pcs for TMG); otherwise, they are lashed with wire and wooden blocks by PEC warehouse workers. Small TMG up to 100kVA, and possibly 250kVA, can be loaded individually by forklift, the same fastening conditions apply. General purpose and special purpose power transformers with capacity up to 3200 kVA and voltage up to 35 kV. Their applications: • distribution networks with voltage up to 35 kV; • railways; • oil and gas production; • cathodic corrosion protection; • internal needs of HPP, TPP and NPP; • bucket excavators; • communications; • concrete heat treatment, etc. Transformers are produced in oil-filled and dry-type versions. The main versions of oil transformers are the TMG series hermetic transformers. The advantages of hermetic distribution oil transformers are well known. Such transformers do not require: • maintenance throughout the entire service life; • laboratory testing of transformer oil; • oil sampling for analysis; • oil regeneration and overhauls during operation.
