DKS smooth heat-resistant polymer pipes with a triple-layer wall are designed for the mechanical protection of high-voltage cable lines up to 500 kV from mechanical impacts and aggressive environments under maximum transport loads. The inner layer is made of a blue polymer composition that is non-flammable (flammability resistance PV-0) and resistant to short-circuit effects in the cable; the main layer is made of primary heat-resistant polymer for enhanced weldability; the outer marker layer is made of a light-stabilized red polymer composition with four identification stripes. Connection method: butt welding with a heated tool or using electrofusion couplings. Supplied in 12m lengths. Outer diameter 110mm, Wall thickness 6.9mm.
