DKS smooth heat-resistant polymer pipes with triple-layer walls are designed for the mechanical protection of high-voltage cable lines up to 500 kV from mechanical impacts and aggressive environments under maximum transport loads. The inner layer is made of a blue non-flammable polymer composition (flammability rating PV-0) and is resistant to short-circuit effects in the cable; the main layer is made of primary heat-resistant polymer for enhanced weldability; the outer marker layer is made of a red light-stabilized polymer composition with four identification stripes. Connection method: butt welding with a heated tool or using electrofusion sleeves. Supplied in 12m sections. Outer diameter 225mm, Wall thickness 20.5mm.
