DKS heat-resistant smooth polymer pipes with a three-layer wall are designed for the mechanical protection of high-voltage cable lines up to 500 kV from mechanical impacts and aggressive environments under maximum transport loads. The inner layer is made of a blue-colored non-flammable polymer composition (flame retardancy PV-0) and is resistant to short-circuit effects in the cable; the main layer is made of primary heat-resistant polymer for improved weldability; the outer marker layer is made of a red light-stabilized polymer composition with four identification stripes. Connection method: butt welding with a heated tool or using electric welding sleeves. Supplied in 100m coils. Outer diameter 63mm, Wall thickness 4.7mm.
