Smooth heat-resistant polymer pipes DKS with a triple-layer wall are designed for the mechanical protection of high-voltage cable lines up to 500 kV from mechanical impacts and aggressive environments under maximum transport loads. The inner layer is made of a blue non-flammable polymer composition (flame retardancy PV-0) and is resistant to short-circuit effects in the cable; the main layer is made of primary heat-resistant polymer for enhanced weldability; the outer marker layer is made of a red light-stabilized polymer composition with four identification stripes. Connection method: butt welding with a heated tool or using electric welding sleeves. Supplied in coils of 100m. Outer diameter 90mm, Wall thickness 8.2mm.
