Heat shrink tubing is designed for restoring and creating insulation, sealing surfaces and electrical cable connections, bundling and marking wires, as well as for creating anti-corrosion protective coatings. Heat shrink tubing changes its diameter as a result of heating and takes the shape of the object or material onto which it is shrunk. An adhesive layer is applied along the entire length of the inner side of the tube. When heated, the glue melts and fills voids, seals and glues the junction with the object of impact. The tube is flame retardant: in the absence of an open flame, it extinguishes and does not ignite. We recommend performing tubing shrinkage work using special REXANT electrical installation heat guns and gas torches. Warranty service life – 7 years. Warranty storage life – 7 years.
