Product description and features: TUTng tubes are standard high-quality heat shrink tubes with a 2:1 shrink ratio, non-flammable (self-extinguishing). Made from a special polyolefin composition with the addition of non-toxic flame retardants. A characteristic feature of these TUTng heat shrink tubes manufactured by "KVT" is the precise uniform wall thickness, achieved through careful control of the extrusion and blowing technological processes. Additionally, unlike Chinese-made heat shrink tubes widely available on the Russian market, the wall thickness of KVT TUTng tubes is significantly greater than that of low-quality budget analogs. High requirements for insulating properties and product reliability have always distinguished KVT brand heat shrink products. TUTng heat shrink tube (KVT) is non-combustible, environment friendly, and harmless to humans. The tubes contain substances that slow down combustion. KVT plant was the first manufacturer in the country to develop a special composition, resulting in the addition of the non-combustibility index "ng" to the familiar abbreviation TUT (Heat Shrinkable Tubes). TUTng (KVT) tubes possess pronounced flame-retardant properties and are recommended for installation on modern wires and cables with self-extinguishing insulation (with "ng" and "ng-LS" indices). The low shrinkage temperature threshold (90°) ensures speed and convenience of installation. The tube material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and weather conditions. TUTng (KVT) tubes are supplied on bobbins and are ideal for industrial applications, allowing for cutting to the required size at the installation site. The range of sizes is presented in a wide variety of dimensions and a range of 7 standard colors (black, red, yellow, blue, green, white, and yellow-green). Non-standard colors can be made to order. Small tubes up to size 6/3mm inclusive have a round supply profile, while tubes with a diameter of 8/4mm and more have a flat profile. Black heat shrink tubes are available in the widest range of sizes from 2/1 to 120/60mm. The diameters of colored tubes vary from 4 to 60mm, allowing for the selection of heat shrink for any wires.
