"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures – welded and assembled, as well as control posts. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. The enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and ensures an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. The inner side of the door is coated with expanded polyurethane, which improves sealing quality. The crimped edge of the enclosure prevents moisture and debris from entering the interior of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an enclosure dust and water protection rating of IP 65/IP 66. A three-stage automated painting system provides the enclosures with a durable coating resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on basic components. The plinth for the cabinet is ordered separately. It consists of four panels and support corners and is used for convenient cabinet installation and cable entry. Material - galvanized steel with a thickness of 2 mm. Dimensions: 1400x800x100 mm.
