The use of "S5 Combitech" system trays and accessories allows for the design and construction of complex cable routes with turns and bends, both horizontal and vertical. An external vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 45° turn. It is compatible with trays 150 mm wide and 100 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 240 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" finish have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating. The use of complete accessories simplifies the calculation of the number of elements required for installation – connecting plates and fasteners are already included in the kit.
