The use of "S5 Combitech" system trays and accessories allows for the design and construction of complex cable routes with turns and bends, both horizontal and vertical. An external vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. This accessory enables a smooth 45° turn. It is compatible with trays 600 mm wide and 50 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 240 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" finish feature a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating. The use of complete accessory sets simplifies the calculation of the number of elements required for installation – connecting plates and fastening parts are already included in the set.
