The use of trays and accessories of the "S5 Combitech" system allows for the construction of complex cable routes with turns and bends, both horizontal and vertical. An external vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 150 mm wide and 100 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 190 mm. Steel thickness – 0.8 mm. Accessories in the "Zinc-lamella" execution have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. Such a coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to the indicators of hot-dip galvanized coating. The use of complete accessories facilitates the calculation of the number of elements required for installation – connection plates and fastening parts are already included in the kit.
