The use of trays and accessories of the "S5 Combitech" system allows for the design and construction of complex cable routes with both horizontal and vertical turns and bends. An external vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 200 mm wide and 100 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 190 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" finish have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin with added aluminum and zinc flakes. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating. Using complete accessory kits facilitates the calculation of the number of elements required for installation – the kit already includes connection plates and fasteners.
