The use of trays and accessories of the "S5 Combitech" system allows for the design and construction of cable routes of complex shapes, with turns and bends, both horizontal and vertical. An external vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 600 mm wide and 50 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 190 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" execution have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin with added aluminum and zinc flakes. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating. The use of included accessories facilitates the calculation of the number of elements required for installation – connection plates and fasteners are already included in the kit.
