The use of S5 Combitech system trays and accessories allows for the design and construction of complex cable routes with both horizontal and vertical turns and bends. An external vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 80 mm wide and 80 mm high. The accessory's internal radius is 190 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" finish have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin with added aluminum and zinc flakes. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKC zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating. Using complete accessory kits simplifies the calculation of the number of elements required for installation – the kit already includes connection plates and fasteners.
