The CPO 45 horizontal 45° angle is used to organize a route turn in a horizontal plane by 45°. Width – 500 mm, height – 35 mm, steel thickness – 0.8 mm. The complete accessory kit includes fasteners necessary for high-quality and reliable installation. The accessory is finished in "zinc-lamella" – a highly corrosion-resistant coating consisting of aluminum, zinc, and magnesium. The coating process is carried out directly on the hot-dip galvanizing production line. The oxidation rate of aluminum is lower than that of zinc, which means that at the same protective layer thickness, the zinc-aluminum coating has higher corrosion resistance than standard hot-dip galvanized coating. Corresponds to corrosion resistance class 8.
