The use of trays and accessories of the "S5 Combitech" system allows for the design and construction of cable routes of complex shapes, with turns and bends, both horizontal and vertical. An internal vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 100 mm wide and 100 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 115 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. The complete accessory kit includes everything necessary for reliable installation: the required fasteners and connection plates. Accessories in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. Such a coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to the indicators of hot-dip galvanized coating.
