The use of trays and accessories of the "S5 Combitech" system allows for the design and construction of cable routes of complex shapes, with turns and bends, both horizontal and vertical. An internal vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 600 mm wide and 80 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 115 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. The kit includes everything necessary for reliable installation: required fasteners and connection plates. Accessories in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKC zinc-lamella coating are similar to the indicators of hot-dip galvanized coating.
