The use of trays and accessories of the "S5 Combitech" system allows for the design and construction of cable routes of complex shapes, with both horizontal and vertical turns and bends. An internal vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 80 mm wide and 80 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 115 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. The complete accessory kit includes everything necessary for reliable installation: required fasteners and connection plates. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" finish have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
