The use of "S5 Combitech" system trays and accessories allows for the design and construction of complex cable routes with turns and bends, both horizontal and vertical. An internal vertical angle is used to turn the route in the vertical plane. The accessory enables a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 150 mm wide and 80 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 115 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. The complete accessory kit includes everything necessary for reliable installation: the required fasteners and connection plates. Accessories in the "Zinc-lamella" version have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin, to which aluminum and zinc flakes are added. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier protection against corrosion. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKC zinc-lamella coating are similar to the indicators of hot-dip galvanized coating.
