Vertical internal angle 45° is used to organize an upward route turn of 45°. The kit includes fastening elements necessary for high-quality and reliable installation. Width – 500 mm, height – 35 mm, steel thickness – 0.8 mm. The accessory is made with "zinc-lamella" coating – a highly corrosion-resistant coating consisting of aluminum, zinc, and magnesium. The coating process is performed directly on an industrial hot-dip galvanizing line. The oxidation rate of aluminum is lower than that of zinc, due to which, at the same protective layer thickness, the zinc-aluminum coating has higher corrosion resistance than standard hot-dip galvanized coating.
