UVN-10 SZ SH T voltage indicator is designed to check the presence or absence of voltage on the live parts of overhead lines and other AC electrical installations with a voltage of 6-10kV at an industrial frequency of 50Hz. The operating principle of the voltage indicator is based on the conversion of electrical signals into light and sound signals. The indicator is equipped with a five-section fiberglass insulating telescopic pole with a length of 7.47m, which allows for phase-by-phase voltage determination by touching the live parts of overhead lines from the ground without climbing the support. The indicator has the capability of self-checking its functionality before operation. The light and sound indication elements are located inside a shade, the design of which allows for the amplification of the light and sound signal through its directional propagation. Reliable operation of the indicator is achieved through the use of microchips and components from leading global manufacturers in its electrical circuit, as well as a CR-123A lithium power source with a voltage of 3V and a capacity of 1500 mAh. The low operating current of 17 mA in signaling mode allows the indicator to be used without replacing the power element throughout its entire service life of 10 years.
