High voltage indicator UVN 35-110E SZ is designed to check the presence or absence of voltage on overhead power lines and other AC electrical installations with a voltage of 35, 110 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz at temperatures from – 40°C to +40°C and relative air humidity not exceeding 98% at +25°C. The UVN 35-110E SZ indicator is a primary electrical protective device that allows for phase-by-phase voltage determination by touching live parts. The indicator operates without the use of a grounding wire. The principle of operation is based on converting electrical signals into light and sound signals. The light and sound indication elements of the indicator are located inside a shade, the design of which allows for the amplification of the light and sound signal through its directional propagation. The indicator has a self-test functionality. Reliable operation is achieved by using microchips and components from leading global manufacturers in the electrical circuit of the indicator, as well as a CR-123 lithium power source with a voltage of 3V and a capacity of 1500 mAh. The low operating current of 17 mA in signaling mode allows the indicator to be used without replacing the power element throughout its entire service life of 10 years. The working part of the indicator is made of ABS plastic, ensuring the normal functioning of the electronic elements throughout the entire service life. The insulating part is made of PVC, providing reliable insulation.
