The universal high voltage indicator belongs to the primary electrical insulation tools and is intended to determine the presence or absence of voltage on overhead power lines and other AC industrial frequency electrical installations. The indicator features visual combined light and sound signaling, allows determining the presence of dangerous voltage on overhead lines and substations without a grounding wire; bright indication of the contact part is clearly visible even on a sunny day against the sky. Lithium batteries are used, replaced once every 2–3 years. The indicator has a durable fiberglass body, ensuring reliable insulation and normal functioning of electronic components throughout the entire service life.
