A soldering bath is used for tinning conductors and cable terminals in molten solder.
General description:
Improved temperature control where the temperature signal is sent to a microprocessor. After processing, the signal regulates the heating element's temperature for precise thermal control. Provides heating in the temperature range of 200...480 °C; the required temperature is reached in a short time.
Technical specifications:
Supply voltage: 230 V/50 Hz
Power: 300 W
Operating temperature: 200-480 °C
Solder capacity: 2300 g
Melting time: 30 min
Bath diameter: 100 mm
Package contents:
Main unit: 1 pc.
Operating manual (passport): 1 pc.
Safety rules:
To prevent accidents and damage to the soldering station, observe the following safety requirements:
1. Store out of reach of children.
2. The bath must be placed on a flat, stable surface that prevents tilting, overturning, or falling.
3. Do not place the bath in areas where the distance to objects or structures above is less than 1 meter.
4. For safety, check the grounding wire connection.
5. During operation, do not leave the bath heated to high temperatures for a long time, as this can negatively affect solder quality and shorten the service life of the soldering bath.
6. Working parts of the device reach high temperatures. Avoid contact between body parts and the heated parts of the bath to prevent burns.
7. Do not allow contact between the bath and foreign objects.
8. Do not turn on the device without solder in the bath.
9. The use of low-boiling point fluxes is prohibited when using the soldering bath. This can lead to splashing of hot flux and solder from the bath.
10. If no heating occurs, ensure the installed fuse is functional.
11. Do not use the soldering bath at high temperatures for extended periods, as this can cause wear of the soldering bath and even accidents.
12. Do not allow children to install or operate the device.
13. Do not immerse the product in water.
14. For safe operation and to extend its service life, it is not recommended that a single working period exceeds 8 hours.
15. When working with soldering baths, observe fire safety measures and electrical appliance requirements.
16. Do not use the product if it is damaged or shows signs of malfunction.
17. Do not attempt to disassemble, diagnose, or repair the product yourself. Repair and maintenance must be carried out only by qualified specialists!
Operating procedure:
1. Place the soldering bath on a stable, flat surface.
2. Place solder in the soldering bath, ensuring no parts of the solder protrude beyond the edges of the bath.
3. Connect the soldering bath to the power supply.
4. Turn on the soldering bath. Set the required temperature using the regulator.
5. Once the solder in the bath has melted, begin tinning by briefly immersing the parts to be tinned into the molten solder.
6. Upon completion of work, turn off the bath. Wait for it to cool down completely.
